Less should we forget where we came from and how we got to where we are at today. You don't get ahead by cutting from the bottom of the tree. Greed is the root of evil, less should I surmise. Lets get back to the very root of our foundations. We were a Tribe first before a Nation. Numbers speak louder then words and dictates our future not just the future of our Gov. but I'll say again of the people, by the people and for the people. My Grandmother was a Tallchief and always said learn from what not to do from our outsiders and grow from within. She was a wise women. We will continue to grow as long as we invest in ourselves. The future awaits, but sacrifice is needed. We will grow and become stronger and time is on our side.

I guess I’m just amazed at how in today’s times that the Osage Nation and its people no longer have to worry about the “new explorers” but the rotting and devastation comes from within. This is your Nation. These people on the “Hill” represent you. This is your money. This is your time. Let them know how you feel.
