U.S. Celluar offering discount to Osage tribal members

U.S. Cellular is offering a 20 percent discount to Osage tribal members who sign up for a two-year contract.

According to a letter from the Nation’s Information Technology Department, tribal members can visit any U.S. Cellular location for new service, to renew a contract, acquire phone replacements or to receive the discount.

Osages must show their Osage membership card at the store.

The Osage News called the number provided for the discount and the sales associate instructed tribal members who have problems at store locations call 1-800-819-9373 so a representative can explain the discount to the store sales associate.

New accounts will receive a 20 percent discount on current rate plans $49.99 and up and U.S. Cellular will waive activation fees. The person requesting the discount must be the account owner and the account must be listed in the Osage member’s name.
