At a meeting in the 1960's, a young Osage law student envisioned an Osage Constitution upon which to grow an economy

One day in the 1960’s my mother told me she was invited to a meeting at the Hominy Friends Church. The purpose of the meeting was to hear Charles Lohah, Grah Moie, explain some thoughts he had about the Osage Tribe.
